DTF or Direct-to-Film printing is a way to make high-quality, full-color digital transfers for application to fabrics of all kinds.
The advantages of direct to film includes:
- Wash fastness- these transfers last like screen printing.
- Stretch-these transfers stretch along with the fabric and snap back into place.
- Flexibility of materials and color- your can apply DTF transfers to any fabric.
- Quick and easy to apply- most DTF transfers only require a 15 second heat press.
It’s the unique powder adhesive coating that gives DTF prints their signature soft touch. Instead of thick transfer films, or vinyl’s, the Direct to Film Process has only two ingredients:
The ink and a thin coating of powered adhesive.
Color custom prints makes 2 different sized prints:
- 12×12inch print area- for one large print
- 12×35 inch print area(gang sheet) for multiple smaller items
No set up fee and no additional price per color.
Color Custom Prints will either print the prints for you to heat press yourself, or we can print your design and press it to your desired apparel.
How to order your direct to film prints
- Choose your size and quantity.
- Upload your ready to print graphic, logo or image in the for of a png with 300 dpi to- colorcustomprints@gmail.com, and we will make the prints and apparel for you.
We will print the image exactly as you send it. So, make sure to send a ready to print png with 300 dpi, and make the background transparent. Make sure your sizing is correct with the images you send.
If any design work is necessary after you submit your artwork, a design fee will be applied and must be paid before delivery of items.
Customer is responsible for all copyrights to their images.
Directions for heat pressing and shipping confirmation will be sent to your email.
